新ショーのスタート日が確定しました。EPCOTの夜に特殊効果付きのカイトが舞う！

EPCOTでは、現在開催されている「IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth」がこの夏に終了することが既に発表されていましたが、その最終日が2019年9月30日であることが、今日開催された生中継にて発表されました。

また、後継ショーとして期間限定で開催される「Epcot Forever」のスタート日は、その翌日でEPCOT37周年の記念日である、2019年10月1日と発表されました。この生中継ではいくつか初出しな映像も出てきており、特殊効果付きのカイトが飛ぶシーンも。音楽面ではEpcotのエントランスミュージック、ランド館テーマソングのListen to the Landや、Epcotで2000年に利用され、東京ディズニーシーカウントダウンでも使われたCelebrate the Future Hand in HandなどのEPCOT懐かし音楽が使われていることも分かります。

なお、今回のEpcot Foreverはいまのところ期間限定のショーで、その後新たなショーが開催される予定です（現時点では名称未定）。ただこれEpcot Foreverのほうが人気でそうな予感がひしひしとします。延長パターンかも……
