2019年はディズニーパークスにとってかなり重要な年になるはずです。そのなかでフロリダ、ウォルト・ディズニー・ワールドにおける2019年新要素が発表されました。元記事ではうまく19に引っかけてますが、ここではまるっとまとめます。
なお、これらの内容に関してはもしかしたら「あれっ？もしかして薄……」みたいな印象もあると思いますが、その理由も含めて取り上げたいと思います。
2019年1月18日〜：「Mickey & Minnie’s Surprise Celebration」スタート（マジック・キングダム）

まずはマジック・キングダムにおけるあらたな施策から。2019年1月18日から、ミッキー、ミニーに関するエンターテイメントやグッズ展開を中心とした新イベント「Mickey & Minnie’s Surprise Celebration」がスタートします。
そのハイライトは、マジック・キングダムで開催される新パレードショー「Move It! Shake It! MousekeDance It! Street Party」。これはメインストリートU.S.A.からシンデレラ城前までパレードを行い、キャッスル前のプラザでミッキーやミニー、そしてドナルド、デイジー、グーフィー、プルート、マックス、チップ＆デールなどが登場しパーティーを行うというもの。音楽は「ミッキーマウスクラブ」で使われた曲などがリミックスされるとのことです（Club Mickey Mouseかな……）。なお、非公式ながら現行のMove It! Shake It! Dance & Play It! Street Partyは2018年12月1日終了とされています。
また、メインストリートU.S.A.の住人たちも特別なセレブレーションを企画しています。2019年1月18日から9月30日まで、ダッパー・ダン、ケイシーズ・コーナーのピアノなど、さまざまな演者がミッキー＆ミニーの90周年を“新曲で”祝います。それ以外にも期間限定で、ゲストはさまざまなサプライズをマジック・キングダム内で味わえます。
また、これ以外にも2018年秋からはマジック・キングダムにて新たに「バンピリーナ」が登場します。
Vampirina makes her debut at the Walt Disney World Resort as part of the Storybook Circus Disney Junior Jam that takes place during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom Park. Vampirina joins Doc McStuffins and Timon from “The Lion Guard” for the special dance party, which is one of many fun experiences that happen during the specially ticketed nighttime Halloween party. Partygoers can also enjoy trick-or-treating, greetings with favorite characters in Halloween costumes, the “Happy HalloWishes” fireworks display and “Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade.” Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party takes place select nights Aug. 17-Oct. 31 at Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Fla. 2019年1月18日〜：30周年のパークをピクサーの仲間たちと祝おう（ディズニー・ハリウッドスタジオ）

2019年5月1日に30周年を迎えるディズニー・ハリウッドスタジオでは、オープンしたばかりのトイ・ストーリー・ランドとともに、ピクサーの仲間たちと一緒にパーティーを行います。
2019年1月18日から9月30日まで、現在休止中のピクサー・プレイス（旧：トイ・ストーリー・マニア入り口）がインクレディブル・ファミリーたちが住むミュニシバーグの都市に変身。ゲストはエドナ・モードとのグリーティングを楽しめるようになります。ピクサー・プレイス全体には、どうやらジャック・ジャックが隠れているようですし、一番奥にはインクレディブル夫婦、そしてフロゾンも登場し、パーティーを楽しめます。
そして同日1月18日より、ディズニー・ハリウッドスタジオにおいてモンスターズ・インクからマイクとサリーが登場。さらに2019年春には、カーズに登場するライトニング・マックイーンが自ら語る新たなショー「Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy」も開催予定です（当初予定は2019年初頭でした）
2019年1月18日〜：25周年を迎えるライオン・キングを祝う（ディズニー・アニマルキングダム）

2019年は映画「ライオン・キング」の25周年という節目の年（実写版も2019年7月19日公開予定）。ディズニー・アニマルキングダムでは2019年1月18日から、25周年を祝うイベントが予定されています。
2019年1月18日から9月30日まで、新たに「Hakuna Matata Time Dance Party」が開催されます。ティモン、ラフィキが登場し、ライオン・キングにインスパイアされたゲームなどを楽しめます。同じタイミングでライオン・キングをテーマにした立体写真を撮影できるブースも登場します。
2019年1月18日〜：「Epcot International Festival of the Arts」が帰ってくる（エプコット）
Artists will showcase their talents during the Epcot International Festival of the Arts, returning Jan. 18-Feb 25, 2019, at Walt Disney World Resort. エプコットでは、冬の恒例となったイベント「Epcot International Festival of the Arts」を今年も開催。ブロードウェイで活躍する俳優がコンサートを行う「Disney on Broadway Concert Series」は毎日開催にパワーアップ。毎週ブロードウェイのスターたちがAmerica Gardens Theatre stageに登場します。
また、これまた恒例の「2019 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival」（3月6日〜6月3日）も開催が決定しています。
ただし、1つだけ悲しいお話が。先にお知らせしたように、20年開催されてきた夜のショー「IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth」が終了します。
In the second half of 2019, IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth will end its nearly 20-year run as the nighttime spectacular for Epcot at Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Fla. A new nighttime fireworks spectacular is in development for the park’s World Showcase Lagoon and will debut immediately following the conclusion of IllumiNations, Disney announced Monday, Sept. 17.
終了は2019年の後半（second half of 2019 先の“2019年夏”から変わった？）。その後、新たなエンターテイメントがスタートすることが予告されています。

ということで、これを見た率直な感想って「えっ、それだけ？」と思いますよね。薄味に見えるのは、おそらくですが“あえて”公式が抜いている、大きな要素が存在するからです。
まずはこれ。新アトラクション「Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway」です。
Walt Disney World Resort guests will step through the movie screen and join Mickey and pals on a wacky adventure set to open at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Florida in 2019. Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, the first-ever ride through attraction themed to Mickey and Minnie Mouse, will feature dazzling visual effects, a lovable theme song, and twists and turns ideal for the whole family.

このアトラクションのオープンはいまのところ「2019年内」というコメントのみ。ただ、次に紹介するものの関係上、2019年の夏時点ではオープンしているのではないかと推測しています。確定報は多分、11月18日に開催の「Destination D」で行われることでしょう。
そしてもう1つ。ウォルト・ディズニー・ワールドにおける2019年の大事な大事なもの、それが「Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge」のオープンです。
Star Wars-Themed Lands Coming to Disney Parks – Walt Disney Company Chairman and CEO Bob Iger announced at D23 EXPO 2015 that Star Wars-themed lands will be coming to Disneyland park in Anaheim, Calif., and Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Orlando, Fla., creating Disney’s largest single-themed land expansions ever at 14-acres each, transporting guests to a never-before-seen planet, a remote trading port and one of the last stops before wild space where Star Wars characters and their stories come to life. These authentic lands will have two signature attractions, including the ability to take the controls of one of the most recognizable ships in the galaxy, the Millennium Falcon, on a customized secret mission, and an epic Star Wars adventure that puts guests in the middle of a climactic battle. Black Spire Outpost is the name of the village inside of the upcoming Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at both Disneyland Resort in California and Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. The village is closely associated with the geological formations that surround it. As the largest settlement on the planet Batuu, Black Spire Outpost is an infamous stop for traders, adventurers, and smugglers traveling around the Outer Rim and Wild Space. Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge will open at Disneyland Resort in summer 2019 and at Walt Disney World Resort in late fall 2019. (Disney)
ウォルト・ディズニー・ワールドにおけるStar Wars: Galaxy’s Edgeのオープンはいまのところ2019年晩秋。おそらくオープンタイミングは死守するものと思われますので、これこそが、2019年最大のトピックでしょう（ただし、工事の進行状況を見るにスター・ウォーズテーマのホテルに関しては2020年以降オープンと思われます。なお正式なオープン時期はそもそもコメントされていません）。
で、さらにウォルト・ディズニー・ワールド側が難しいのは、対となる西海岸側のディズニーランド・リゾートにおいて、2019年夏（6月末？）に「Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge」のオープンを控えているということ。そのため、2019年夏に関しては、ウォルト・ディズニー・ワールド側はあまり注目されていないのが痛し痒しなところ（とはいえ夏に新要素がないのはさすがにまずいので、「Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway」のオープンが夏に入ると推測してます）。なので、2019年の新要素があんまりパッとしないのは仕方がないと考えられます。
