まずはディズニーランド・リゾートから。2018年も「Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort」として、2つのパークで2018年9月7日から10月31日までの期間、ハロウィーンをテーマにしたイベントが行われます。

今年も特定の日程にて、夜間特別営業「Mickey’s Halloween Party」が開催されます。この有料チケットイベントでは無制限のDisney PhotoPassデジタルダウンロード権も付いており、パーク内での思い出を手元に残すことができます。スリーピーホロウの首なし騎士が先導するパレード「Frightfully Fun Parade」や花火「Halloween Screams」も開催。ヴィランズたちのグリーティングも開催されます。また、通常営業内においても「Haunted Mansion Holiday」や「Space Mountain Ghost Galaxy」のアトラクションテーマ変更が行われます。
ディズニー・カリフォルニア・アドベンチャーも要素がたくさん。カーズランドは「Haul-O-Ween」として、既存のアトラクションがハロウィーン仕様に変更、「Mater’s Graveyard JamBOOree」および「Luigi’s Honkin’ Haul-O-Ween」の開催が発表されました。そして映画「Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2」および「Thor:Ragnarok」のキャラクターが登場する、「Guardians of the Galaxy – Monsters After Dark」が今年も帰ってくることが発表されました。こちらは夕方からテーマ変更が実施されます。

ウォルト・ディズニー・ワールドのハロウィーン
そしてウォルト・ディズニー・ワールドでもハロウィーンイベントを開催します。2018年はなんと8月17日から特別イベント「Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party」を開催。むちゃくちゃ早いですね。
2018年のハロウィーンは新要素がいくつか。まずは「Pirates of the Caribbean」において、海賊たちが登場するというイベントがあります。海賊たちは、ジャック・スパロウが探す宝を見つけたというGunpowder Peteを探しているようですが……。
そしてもう1つ、アトラクション「Mad Tea Party」において、夜間は新たなライトアップが行われます(注:ディズニー・カリフォルニア・アドベンチャーで開催されていたショーとは異なります)。また、Space Mountainにおいても一部照明効果を変更、新たなサウンドトラックが用意されるようです。
さらに、新ファンタジーランドのストーリーブックサーカスは「Storybook Circus Disney Junior Jam」としてダンスパーティーを開催。おもちゃドクターのドックやティモンをはじめとする、ディズニージュニアのキャラクターたちとダンスを楽しめます。
その他、これまでも人気だったショーが帰ってきます。今年25周年を迎えるホーカス・ポーカスからはキャッスルショーとして「Hocus Pocus Villain Spectacular」が、パレード「Mickey’s “Boo-To-You” Halloween Parade」や花火「Happy HalloWishes」も開催されます。「Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party」は8月17日から10月31日までの指定日夜に開催されます。

登場はまずディズニーランド・リゾートから。ディズニー・カリフォルニア・アドベンチャーにて9月7日よりグリーティングがスタート。Mickey’s Halloween Partyのイベントにおいても、9月19日から10月31までの期間内に開催の日程でパレードに登場します。さらに、2018年末からは「Disney Junior Dance Party!」に登場することも発表されました。
さらに、ウォルト・ディズニー・ワールドにおいても、9月30日からキャラクターダイニング「Disney Junior Play ‘n Dine」にドック、ソフィア、グーフィーとともに登場、9月2日終了のDisney Junior – Live on Stage!に変わり2018年晩秋からスタートする「Disney Junior Dance Party!」にも登場することが発表されています。
新番組「バンピリーナとバンパイアかぞく」が日本初登場。歌が大好きなバンパイアの女の子、バンピリーナが、家族と一緒に人間の街に引っ越してきた!不思議な一家と人間の友達が繰り広げる、笑いと元気溢れるお話をお楽しみに。
