The reimagining of Disney’s Hollywood Studios will take guests to infinity and beyond, allowing them to step into the worlds of their favorite films, starting with Toy Story Land. This new 11-acre land will transport guests into the adventurous outdoors of Andy’s backyard. Guests will think they’ve been shrunk to the size of Woody and Buzz as they are surrounded by oversized toys that Andy has assembled using his vivid imagination. Using toys like building blocks, plastic buckets and shovels, and game board pieces, Andy has designed the perfect setting for this land, which will include two new attractions for any Disney park and one expanded favorite. Wheezy, the squeaky toy penguin from the Disney•Pixar “Toy Story” films, will delight guests riding Slinky Dog Dash, the family-friendly coaster that will be part of the new Toy Story Land opening June 30, 2018, at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The all-new Audio-Animatronic figure will serenade guests with “You’ve Got a Friend in Me,” the popular song from the films. The first Slinky Dog Dash ride vehicle arrives on the site of Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Lake Buena Vista, Fla. Slinky Dog Dash is a brand-new family coaster coming to the all-new Toy Story Land, opening summer 2018. Little green aliens from the hit Disney●Pixar “Toy Story” films pilot toy rocket ships in the Alien Swirling Saucers attraction that will be part of the new Toy Story Land opening June 30, 2018, at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The out-of-this-world attraction is inspired by Andy’s toy play set from the Pizza Planet restaurant.
