ディズニー・クルーズラインで「塔の上のラプンツェル」が舞台化されます。ディズニーパーク公式ブログにて、「Tangled: The Musical」が発表されました。2015年11月11日出航のDisney Magic号、バハマ航路にてスタートします。
舞台版Tangledには、作曲チームであるアラン・メンケンとグレン・スレーターが新たに3曲を追加、映画版よりも掘り下げられたものになるようです。
この話ですが、以前から噂には挙がっていたもの。最初に話があったのは2013年のことだったようです。

but Alan Menken had already said that Tangled: The Musical was in the works some time ago (during a D23 Expo call I believe).

and casting calls for the show went out in September 2014 with a planned debut of May this year. So. Hope delay was worth it
