ウォルト・ディズニー・ワールドでは新ファンタジーランドとして大規模なエリア改修が行われましたが、ディズニーランドでも「Fantasy Faire」と呼ばれるエリアが2013年3月12日にオープンが決定しました。
このエリアではRoyal Theatreが新設され、「美女と野獣」「塔の上のラプンツェル」に関連する2つのショーが語り部、Mr. SmytheとMr. Jonesによって行われます。この語り部がコスチュームを着て、野獣やガストン、ゴーテルに扮するというタイプのミニショーのようです。プリンセスのグリーティング施設、Royal Hallも新設されますが、ファストパスの運用はなしとのこと。
